Free shipping is applied automatically when your order subtotal, after discounts and before shipping, reaches the amount shown for your country.
How delivery times work
We normally prepare orders for dispatch on the next business day. The estimates above are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after dispatch. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Unless we agree otherwise, the statutory maximum delivery period of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract applies.
Tracking and delivery help
When tracking is available, we include it in your dispatch notification. Please check your delivery address and contact details before placing your order.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or contains the wrong item, email hello@quintea.eu with your order number and a short description of the problem; photos help us investigate.
