Face Cleanser

Aloe vera, which soothes and holds water in the outer layer of skin, and cucumber extract, which is mild and calming on skin that has been stripped. The formulation is a low-foaming daily wash rather than a stripping one, because the last thing skin under treatment needs is more surfactant.

Topical minoxidil is carried in alcohol, and the solution also contains propylene glycol. Tretinoin, in the Signature Spray, increases skin turnover. Together they leave the hairline, the temples and the forehead dry, tight and flaky somewhere between week two and week six. That dryness is the most common reason people abandon treatment before it has had a chance to work.

Twice a day, morning and evening.

1. Wet your face with lukewarm water. Hot water strips skin that a topical treatment is already drying out.
2. Work a small amount into a light lather in your hands, then over your face for about thirty seconds, taking it up to the hairline.
3. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry rather than rubbing.
4. Follow with the Face Hydration Cream while your skin is still slightly damp.

Order matters. Wash before you apply a topical treatment, never after. Applying minoxidil and then washing an hour later throws the dose away.

For external use only. Avoid the eye area, and rinse with water if it gets in. Stop using it if you develop irritation or a rash. Suitable for all skin types.
